In addition, if the moisture content of the base layer is high for a long time, it is also necessary to consider the sensitivity of the floor paint coating to moisture and the air permeability of the coating. Fall off. If there is no waterproof layer on the wet ground on the first floor, it is advisable to construct a water-based epoxy floor paint with permeability.

③The cost and target service life of the floor paint coating are determined according to the floor use environment, the floor paint coating cost, and the difficulty of maintenance or renovation. Long-lasting floor paint coatings generally require higher construction requirements. The garage coating is thicker and the cost is higher, and maintenance or renovation is relatively difficult. Ordinary thin-coated floor paints are cheap, easy to maintain and refurbish, but are easily damaged and have a short service life, generally 3-5 years. Solvent-free epoxy self-leveling floor paint is expensive, but it can provide floor paint with good decorative effect, chemical resistance, impact and rolling resistance, and its service life is relatively long, which can exceed 10 years.
